My Tezos coins are stuck on Tezos (please help)

Hello everybody, I hope, alles ist gut
Ich habe ein Problem, ich delegiert meine Tezos von meinem Trezor Wallet mit SimpleStaking (da es die einzige Option war). Allerdings kann ich jetzt nicht meine Mittel zu entfernen und senden Sie es an eine andere Adresse, obwohl ich meine Transaktion auf Trezor bestätigen, wie ich SimpleStaking Schnittstelle verwenden.
Die Transaktion findet nicht statt und wird nicht im Kettenexplorer angezeigt, so dass meine Gelder scheinbar feststecken.
Does somebody has any idea, wie man dieses Problem angehen kann?
